At Casa Interiors we do not offer refunds. 

Casa Interiors aim to provide all customers with a bed that is more than what you expected. Each bed is carefully created bespoke for each individual client and a huge amount of time and care is adopted to do this and due to this all bed orders are non-returnable items. If, due to extraordinary circumstances you are not happy with your bed then once it has been delivered it may be possible at our managers descretion to exchange the bed for the same value. We do have the right to withdraw this offer and any exchanges will  inccur a handling fee to cover expenses. 


At Casa Interiors we do not offer refunds. 

Once the order has been placed you have the right to cancel if you contact us with in 12 hours of placing the order.

You can do so by emailing or calling 07980 742 010 or email info@casa-interiors.co.uk

After 12 hours of placing the order you can no longer cancel.


If the item is from our stock then you may exchange for an item of the same value however the customer will be responsible for all postage costs to return the item.


We will not accept returns without the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

A lot of items are very fragile and are always handled with care by our specialist furniture delivery company, however on some occasions an order can be damaged in transit, Due to this we ask that items are opened and checked on the day of delivery. If there happens to be a problem then please email us immediately with photos of the damage and we will strive to resolve this.
