We regularly monitor our prices against competitors to ensure our customers receive some of the most competitive prices available in the UK.

If you find the same product advertised elsewhere at a lower price — either online or in-store — we’ll do our best to match or even beat it, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is identical to the item sold by Casa Interiors
• The item is brand new, boxed, and not listed as used, damaged, refurbished, or factory seconds
• The retailer is a legitimate UK-based business
• The product is currently in stock and available for purchase from the competing retailer
• The advertised price includes VAT

Please note:

• Casa Interiors reserves the right to decline a price match request where fulfilling it would result in a financial loss to the business.
• Prices listed on auction or marketplace websites, including eBay, are excluded from our Price Match Promise.
• Price matching only applies to products sold by genuine furniture retailers.
