Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the original delivery cost is non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original inner and outer packaging.
• Returns do not apply to made-to-order, non-standard, customized, or special-order products.

We offer a collection service for returns. The cost varies depending on the item:

Collection fees vary depending on size, weight, and collection address.
