You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include all accessories, instructions, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Special-order items

  • Products that have been assembled

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification by the customer

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by Casa Interiors.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Where applicable under consumer law, standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of any visible damage

  • Your order number

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, colour, or variation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

8. Assembly Notice

Please inspect all items carefully before assembly.

Once a product has been assembled, eligibility for a return may be affected if the item cannot be restored to its original condition. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

9. Statutory Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit or exclude any statutory rights available to you.
