1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Colours, finishes, textures and materials may vary due to:

Wood, marble, stone, leather, boucle and other natural materials may contain variations, markings, grain patterns and tonal differences which are considered natural characteristics rather than defects.

Whilst we take care to ensure prices are correct, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. ORDERS

Orders submitted through our website constitute an offer to purchase products.

An order acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Casa Interiors is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

5. PAYMENT

6. DELIVERY

We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery dates may be affected by supplier lead times, courier schedules, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Delivery access is suitable
• Doorways, staircases and lifts can accommodate ordered items
• Someone is available to accept delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or failed delivery attempts.

Risk in the goods passes upon successful delivery.

Ownership remains with Casa Interiors until full payment has been received.

7. DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required to support claims.

Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to pursue claims with couriers or suppliers.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Consumers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned goods must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging where reasonably possible

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.

9. BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Bespoke furniture
• Made-to-order products
• Customised items
• Products manufactured to customer specifications

Orders for these items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

10. FAULTY GOODS

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where goods are found to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we may offer:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund

Subject to applicable consumer legislation.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
