Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Free standard delivery is available for most mainland UK locations. Additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote or offshore areas.
If you are unsure whether your location is included in our standard delivery service, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UK Time), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin from the date your order has been processed, not the date it is placed.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details where available.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are typically 10–14 business days from dispatch, although many orders arrive sooner depending on product availability and supplier processing times.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to assist, although express delivery may incur additional charges.
5. Delivery Service
Deliveries are carried out by trusted courier and specialist furniture delivery partners.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Large or fragile items may require specialist delivery scheduling

Standard delivery is to the ground floor entrance only
Room-of-choice delivery or additional services may be available for selected items at an extra cost.
Please inform us before dispatch if there are any access restrictions (e.g. flats, upper floors, narrow access, or remote locations).
6. Delivery Charges
Free standard delivery applies to eligible mainland UK orders.
Additional charges may apply for:

If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, incorrect information provided, or access restrictions, a redelivery or additional handling fee may apply.
8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
9. Returns Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unassembled

Items must be returned in original packaging

Items must be in resalable condition

Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns may be arranged by the customer or collected by our courier. Collection fees may apply and may be deducted from the refund.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned under our Returns Policy.
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
11. Assembly
Some items may require self-assembly.
Where available, assembly services may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
Please inspect all parts before assembly. Once an item has been assembled, return eligibility may be affected unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
