Preparing for Delivery
Most deliveries are completed within 10–14 working days. Certain oversized, fragile, or heavy items may require slightly longer delivery times, as these are handled by specialist furniture couriers.
Should any item be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
Our standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive confirmation from our team. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you directly with an updated estimated delivery date.
Standard delivery is made to the ground floor entrance only.
If you require delivery to a room of choice, this can usually be arranged using a two-person delivery service for an additional charge. Please ensure this option is selected during checkout prior to purchase.
If delivery is to an apartment building or upper-floor property, please notify us in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Please note that some larger items may be delivered to the kerbside or main entrance of the property where access restrictions or courier limitations apply, particularly in remote areas. If you are unsure whether this may affect your delivery, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.
Failed Deliveries
If a pre-arranged delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to accept the order, a redelivery charge may apply, as the goods may need to be returned and rescheduled with the courier.
Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that all items are inspected carefully upon arrival.
Although damages during transit are rare, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the affected item(s). We will arrange a replacement promptly and free of charge where appropriate.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns policy for added peace of mind.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and our team will assist you with the returns process.
Items may either be returned independently by the customer or collected by our courier service for a fee, which may be deducted from the final refund amount.
To be eligible for return, all items must be kept in their original packaging and in unused condition until you are certain you wish to keep them.
Assembly Information
Some products may require minor self-assembly.
For your convenience, we also offer an optional assembly service on selected items, which can be arranged for an additional charge. Where available, this service can be selected at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
We strongly recommend checking all components carefully before assembly begins and before disposing of any packaging materials. Failure to do so may affect our ability to process replacement or return requests.

Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after confirmation of receiving your order provided you give us written notice and the order has not been dispatched once the order has been dispatched cancellation is not applicable you will have the return the item as per our returns policy.
